Born in Bayonne and raised in Hossegor, the European surf capital, he has been deeply influenced by this sport, which he sees as both a philosophy of life and a culture in its own right. An active member of the local art scene and better known under the name "Babapt," he collaborates regularly with brands such as MarchLab, Volcom, Pull-in, and Fernand Surfboards, and exhibits his work with artist collectives from the Landes region. As part of his creative journey, his artwork has traveled to Spain, France, Belgium, and more recently, California.
Visual art is his means of expression—he develops his creations through painting, drawing, illustration, and video. In a personal and sincere quest, he creates out of a deep inner need. In a haven full of love that he insults, and of sorrow that he praises, his mind regenerates through colors and words that tell his stories.
